Rajeev, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Kolkata, India, brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. He led Dr. Reddy’s Myanmar into a top-five position with sixfold sales growth in seven years, built strong ethical and OTC brands, and later founded ABC International with a culture of innovation and excellence. He is also the Vice President of the India–Myanmar Chamber of Commerce.

He has rich experience spanning across value chain such as R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing. He also managed company’s HR functions in India, Central Asia and Europe. He started his career in Sales & Marketing, subsequently transitioned to P&L Management and then to HR.
